To the cis people tryin to tell trans* folks how they feel about the phrase “die cis scum”

No. When you tell someone to die, you don’t get to act like they don’t have a right to comment. I understand transphobia, and how it pervades every aspect of our daily lives,  but you don’t get to say “die cis scum” and then act like that when they complain.

Except you are making this about you and your feelings. I’m a cis person and I get what the intent of that phrase is good and well. Trans people have every right to lash out and be angry at the cissexism and transphobia that is shoved down their throats every day. “Die cis scum” is exactly that. Death to all that bullshit. That you turn around and take that and make it into some personal attack is a YOU problem, not their problem, and they have absolutely positively NO OBLIGATION to explain anything to you. Nobody asked the cis people for their opinions on how they should handle the system that oppresses them. And quite frankly, our opinions are INVALID. ZERO. VALUE. WHATSOEVER.
